Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ – An in-depth video looking at two application of forces questions and how we can use the Equation App to solve these problems. All the calculator activity is conducted in the equation application. Simultaneous equations are used to solve acceleration and tension of a system all in one. We then solve f=ma and an equation of motion using the Solver facility and stored values.

Recurrence Relations On A Casio fx-CG50

 

Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ – This video looks at using the Recursion mode on the Casio fx-CG50 Graphic Calculator. We look at how to generate terms in a sequence from a recursive formula as well as using the nth term to generate a sequence from which we can derive the recursive formula. Additional we look at the behaviour of another sequence, finding its order and producing a graph plot. Finally the sum feature is used to check the sum to a given number of terms.
