How To Change From Radians To Degrees On A Casio fx-CG50

🔶 Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ – This video looks at two methods of changing between radians and degrees on a Casio fx-CG50 graphic calculator. The first method alters the angle unit in the SETUP menu so that all the trigonometric functions will be calculated using that angle unit. The second method is used for one-off single calculations in a different angle unit from the one that is setup.

Find The Area Under Graph Using A Casio fx-CG50 (Area Under Curve | Definite Integral)

🔶 Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ – In this video we look at the graphs of two functions and find the area underneath between two limits. In the first example, we integrate and display the area under the graph between an upper and lower bound. The second example shows a mixed area, both above and below the x-axis and how the CG50 can handle this in one calculation.

Kinematic Problem Solving Using Simultaneous Equations On Casio fx-CG50

🔶 Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ – In this video we use a kinematic equation of motion (a SUVAT equation) to help solve a problem with two unknowns. The initial speed and the acceleration of a car are unknown, so we need to setup to linear simultaneous equations to solve. Once setup, we use the simultaneous equation solver on the Casio fx-CG50 to solve these equations. However, this technique can be done using any calculator with a simultaneous equation solver, including the Casio Classwiz fx-991EX.
