Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ – In this video we use a kinematic equation of motion (a SUVAT equation) to help solve a problem with two unknowns. The initial speed and the acceleration of a car are unknown, so we need to setup to linear simultaneous equations to solve. Once setup, we use the simultaneous equation solver on the Casio fx-CG50 to solve these equations. However, this technique can be done using any calculator with a simultaneous equation solver, including the Casio Classwiz fx-991EX.
